[Tethered fish]

I once had a roach around 5oz that had been pulling a swimfeeder around.

 

One of those feeders with a clear plastic tube and a strip of lead at the bottom.

 

The feeder was covered in green algae, so the fish had been towing it around for quite a while.

 

Bet it was glad to be rid of that.

i always use that tube stuff with a running weight as id feel do guilty if i lost a fish an knew he was draging my rig around

[Who thinks up these bait bans?]

I travel and fish a fair bit and I have to admit I can see the end in sight for boilies. Plus the possibility of widespread groundbait bans maybe we will even be asked to open our bags to see what hooks, bait and groundbait we have bit like airports.

 

Guess some anglers out there might like to check out what companies they have shares in boilie producing companies might become a bad investment.

 

i agree with most bans re grounbait and boilies, but banning bread and meat? thats a little ott. lol

hey guys im new on here and am going down the gower (nicolaston farm near three cliffs) does anyone know of any carp fisheries in the area?
