When I'm not working from the comfort of my home, you can often find me casting my line into the sparkling waters surrounding Guernsey. Fishing has always been my go-to escape, allowing me to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with nature.

One of the local fishing traditions that I absolutely love is ormering. For those who might not be familiar, ormering is the thrilling hunt for these elusive and delicious shellfish known as ormers (abalone). It requires skill, patience, and a good knowledge of the tides. Exploring the hidden nooks and crannies of Guernsey's rocky shores in search of these prized delicacies is an adventure like no other.
