is this a regular thing from them then? Only started sea fishing this year

Just seen it on the beeb website that the government are planning to introduce a £22 licence fee to sea anglers... I understand about having a licence for man made lakes and the like where fish are stcoked but surely a licence to fish in the most natural place in the world is taking the pee, any other thoughts on this

Hi there, I was wondering if someone can help me, i am going to the Isle of Wight next week and want to take my two young sons out boat fishing, Does anyone know or can recommend a friendly skipper that goes out from Sandown. I would take my gear but no room in the car. Help much appreciated
