Micro-barbed you mean
-
I would imagine use a blow-out rig with a pop-up
-
Cheaper than 83p?
They do some very good stuff Mate's shop..but hey
-
It was very ugly Gobio! Ghostie's with Common scales are the best
-
-
I'm certain this is a ghostie, but I've caught them with common scales too, so do you just call it a ghostie, or a ghostie mirror?
It was 16lb by the way caught last saturday, and a new pb for me
-
I think that bottom red gurnard is definitly red! There's no way that is orange. Or is it just the shadow
-
You need too buy 1 wherever the money goes too m8. It's not a question of "minding or not"ellis88:
dont mind buying one though as ive been told the money from licences go to the upkeep of waters.

A couple of pics of pike me and my mate caught last November
15lber (pb for me) caught on whole mackerel legered:
My mate's 18lber (pb for him) caught on half herring legered:
We also caught 2 jacks at 5 and 6lb in the same session
That was fishing the Norfolk Broads at Wroxham (River Bure?? )

In the sea - Mackerel on light gear
-
Perch.
As never caught a barbel or catfish, which I would imagine are the 2 hardest fighting fish in Britain's lakes
-
Brilliant!!
-
Cheers Norm.
I bought an Odessa Bass rod anyway now mate
-
Been looking around and found this rod for 31.99.
Has anyone had any experience with it, is it rubbish? Or good for the odd beach fishing trip, too be casting leads of around 3oz for bass, pollack, wrasse etc..
Is it ok for lure fishing too?
Cheers, Dan

When using pepperami, do you find it floats? I tried using it as have heard great results on it, but don't like using pop-up baits.
So, does it float, or did I just buy a duff pack
-
Has anyone been there lately? If so, how is it fishing? We might be trying it this Sunday, but not too sure yet.
What sort of baits work well there, and how much is a day ticket?
Cheers, Dan

I'm looking for a nice bass rod with a casting weight of 2-4oz, that's suitable for use with mulitplier reels for around 40 quid.
Anyone got any idea's? It's wanted for shore use by the way, not boat

-
Dynamite baits frozen tiger nut boilies worked well for me and a mate on Sunday
-
Seen them eat a whole roach that looked about 1lb. Once took my mates deadbait too (a herring.
-
My aim was too beat my pb carp, which I did yesterday So now, it would be too get a twenty.

Just wanted too say I love reading your kayakers stories, and seeing the pics.
1 question, in a couple of photo's the anglers on the beach. Is this because they're going too take it for the pot?
