Perhaps your asking price is a bit too much Jonathon?? As it has been pointed out, people can google for the same (or similar) reel, from a tackle shop with a warranty, for around the same price.
Yes it might be, I just had a quick look at google yesterday and found them going for £65/70 .. people are welcome to make me an offer by pm.

can anyone recommend a good 2lb test carp rod? as Im struggling to find any.

would it still be possible to use say a 2lb test curve rod and cast a small pva bag with a lead, or would it overload the rod?

I wonder how many people miss out when they Google "Wychwood Rouge" (141 hits) instead of "Wychwood Rogue" (11,500 hits)?
"Rouge" is what my Gran used to wear on her cheeks when she was "feeling a bit dicky".

Kingfisher rod and reel with cloth bag
This is a nice float rod with a soft action, ideal first rod for learning to fish with, its what I caught my first fish on!
