Really? I thought they had stopped. Can I suggest that any concerned readers should protest to the Irish Minister for the Marine mailto:minister@dcmnr.gov.ie and (usually more effective) the European Commission for the Environment mailto:stavros.dimas@cec.eu.int. That kind of savagery needs to be wiped out.
