Now ive been playing with fishmeals for a long time,as a lot of people.

You can but ground fishmeal in bulk these days,but is there anyone who still uses fish that they ground up themselves?

2 years ago i played with a mix of tuna,anchovy paste,blended sweetcorn amongst other stuff and had some really good results.

As with any of my crazy scientist experiments i did not write down recipe and have never had same results,so ave up.

Does anyone still make and roll there own? its a dying art
