Looking for specimen carp in /around barnstaple

Hi all ,

 

Looking for a specimen carp lake near barnstaple , heard of a couple of big reservoirs down there , anyone know if you can fish them?? If not a smaller more intimate water would be much appreciated.

Oaktree new south Molton, half way down the link road, carp up to 30lb and a cat over 35lb. If you want any advice on how to fish this one let me know i used to fish it When i lived in Devon, know the lake inside out and the best places to fish it and what bait to use.
