fishing at kinghorn loch FIFE

HI THERE

 

I hope someone can help me i went to kinghorn loch a few days ago i want to go and camp and fish there the office was close at the point when i went i spoke to some locals and they sed its fine and on the bank its free aswell

 

can anyone commet on this and just tell me a bit more info i dont want to go to a place and asoon as i start to put camp up get told i have to move. I did try and e mail them but got no responce now for 3 weeks thats the reason i went there to see them and still nothing.

the locals told me theres pike , perch , carp in the loch

if anybody knows anything on rules and reg there please tell me
