System 32 Files

Every time I start my pc I get a system 32 window come up, can anyone tell me how to stop it happening.

what version of windows?

 

and can you go past it and/or go into safe mode?

 

have you done a system file check(win98 etc)reg check etc

 

does the box contain any code or numbers that could help?
