Lincoln PAC (RA48) are over the moon to announce that their opening speaker in Sept is the one and only Bill Palmer, not sure just how we did it but we did.

 

Bill will not be doing the talk planned for Leeds but a longer more detailed talk on his piking, there will be a slight overlap but this will be something to come and see even if you are catching him at the convention.

 

Bill is truly a legend in the piking world and one of the nicest blokes you could ever meet, come along and swell the ranks and say hello to Bill, it might just be the nearest you get to pike Heaven.
