With the river relativly low at the moment (well, it is til tomorrows rain hits), I'd be inclined to try to target the big roah that are to be found in this part of the river, using float tactics.

The chub and barbel will inevitably move in at some point.

Thanks for the in-sites, i have every outcome to try, barbel chub roach even pike so i should catch...................fingers crossed
