Cool and Cloudy. AT up to 4ºC after the first hard frost of the autumn; got down to -4ºC in out greenhouse last night.

River low - EA river gauge at Shaw reading 13cm.

47(!) Grayling with over a third of fish 12oz+. Best two ladies 1lb 6oz & 1lb 4oz. 3 Brownies - all small.

Cracking morning's trotting. Fished 10 swims in total and had fish from 8 of them. Majority of fish, however (over 30!), caught from just 2 spots...
