  1. here's cod in 2014 jumping up and down using expletives to describe the decimation. Now he claims hundreds of square miles are now laid to waste, with the jurno in this instance telling all the demise of the fishing industry off  cods coast. Yet on facebook there' loads of foto's of codling being caught on cods boat with anglers smashing it according to cod. Have the sea bed off the coast of whitby revived?

    quote:

But despite the sweeping success of his festival and Whitby's rising status as the UK's sea angling Mecca, Kilpatrick fears the whole thing could go to pot in a handful of years; especially if the scallop dredgers have their way. "The damage they're doing to the marine life is catastrophic and nobody cares about it," he says. "The chief fishing officer here doesn't give a ****. They're looking for proof, but it's everywhere on the internet."Dredging is the practise of ploughing the seabed for shellfish such as scallops, oysters and clams. There have been several campaigns to raise awareness of the environmental impact of dredging,

Yet Kilpatrick says enough isn't being done. "The scallopers are digging up all the ground and in the process they're destroying the habitat. Cod live on rough ground and that environment is being taken away. This last summer there would normally be stacks of cod and there weren't any. They don't give a **** about the environment or other species. It's just a way of making money."

Legally, scallop dredgers can come to within three miles of shore but Kilpatrick thinks they're even "sneaking" in further under the cover of darkness. He also says crab and lobster pots are getting destroyed as the dredgers literally run roughshod over the seabed.

"Two years ago we were seeing a vast improvement in cod fishing stock until these dredgers turned up and now all the fish have **** off because they've got nowhere to live. Wherever the scallopers dredge they turn it into a ****ing desert. The damage they do is unbelievable. They should be banned out to ten miles and they shouldn't be allowed to go over the reefs. They should be protected."

Kilpatrick's claims are backed up by a report I was sent by Seafish.co.uk. The Marine Management Organisation stats of "Landings into UK ports by UK vessels from 2009-2013" show figures for Whitby's demersal fish—fish that live and feed at the bottom of the seabed, such as cod—have gone from 1.2 to 0.3 tonnes landed between 2009 t0 2013. That's just four years. Other fish quantities have also dropped—due to the stripping down of the fish market and other infrastructure in the town—but not as significantly as the fish dredging mostly affects.

Oh dear Chester’s prove what ? that a boat with 2000 hp can’t move a wooden boat or small Steele boat that’s being laid in 200 ft of water rotting for maybe 100 years .

Now  try and mover a row of boulders the size  of  cars a skipper with a wooden head wouldn’t put his gear through ground like that the damage to his fishing gear would be £1000s but as for very old small wrecks  they can  go straight over them .

Chester’s you learn something  everyday day .

jesssus wept, here we go yet again cods confirming that scallop boats with 100 mm retractable tines  target rocks the size of cars.

Kin ek, is that where scallops have moved their home to. thought is was sand, learn something every day.

These errrmmmmmm 2000 hp boats where do they fish off your coast cod? i thought it was the ifca banning them as opposed to the mmo, there's a clue for you.

what have you put this rubbish up for.

The last 25 years i have been involved with private housing in london in particular. I have parking spots to rent out at a cost i must add and a couple of oyster cards pre loaded, if you fancy a day out in the capital.  ?

Already the local authorities have lots of input into private housing, by law, there is also annual checks on gas installations, electrical installations including fire alarm protection and lighting and only accredited personnel can work on them.  Insulation value surveys and upgrades, building surveys to determine habitual areas and dimensions. annual surveys of who is in resident.

Working on a property five  minutes from big ben for the next two weeks come on down, lots to see and lunch time is amazing. it's like a world you have never experienced.

  4. here you go cod, get with the programme, use up some of your 150% support.

MPs have passed our Brexit deal. The uncertainty of the last three years is over. So let’s take the next steps together.

Last Thursday, our Brexit deal passed its third reading in the House of Commons.

That means we’ll get Brexit done on 31 January. And with Brexit out of the way, we can focus on the people’s priorities.

Better hospitals. Safer streets. World-class schools. A growing economy that funds our public services.

    This is just the start.

We’re going to level up skills and investment across the country. We’re going to bring the jobs of the future to Britain. We’re going to unleash this country’s potential – and I want you to be part of it.

And a £200 billion yes £200 billion hit by the end of 2020 its staggering the United Kingdom  has never ever ever seen a  project of self harm of this magnitude  like brexit in its entire history Inflicted on the  70 million population by the minority , it’s shameful the public are lied to day after day after day by Brexiteers in government they want jail !!!

And for a government to pursue this course of action fully knowing these figures is nothing short of criminal .

that one has already been discounted, why are you repeating assumptions.

quote: that is the opinion and assumption of one bean counter who has never had a proper job.

here's another poll from your evidence and there's a few more along the same lines, looks like those who compile your polls has never got their predictions correct.

Could it be they ask the wrong questions at the wrong time.

Yes, but Corbyn's Labour Party got two and a half million less votes than they did in 2017 - a 20% drop off in votes.

They were utterly rejected by their own traditional voter base, a proportion of whom transferred their votes to Boris's conservative party.

farage wasted 4 million votes in a previous election with ukip. He didn't make that mistake this time around, to the detriment of the failing labour politico bureau.

Starmer recons he is going to build on the success of corbyns legacy.  ???

got anything credible to back your assumption up with? and what has boris done so drastic since the 12th december to warrant jailing, much like your impeachment topic of trump that will come to diddly squat,  your bonkers surely.

here are up to date facts, hard figures, not assumptions regarding the state of the e u's empire, even the economists got it wrong.Tell us ohh e u guro expert, how do they recover:

they work for you. They are called public servants, did you not know that ?

or is it the case that your conservative m p doesn't share your assumption that the right answer is to remain within the e u's political empire.

Barry the tories got just 1% more of the vote than they did in the previous election 1% and they got 80 more seats the electoral system is flawed and now they have to deliver immigration ? get ready bas egg on your face ?

egg on my face, why is that? Like many thousands of others I have questioned my mp numerous times since the referendum to try and point them in the direction of where I would like to see the removal of the e u's federal political expansionist regime, that no one has ever given their mandate to. How many emails have you sent.  Why should I consider that I need to reproach myself.

nothing wrong with the electoral system unless your in second or third place.

did the u k have a referendum on that within the government of Cameron and clegg, now what was the result of that one. How did you vote on that  I have to ask.

  10. 13 minutes ago, gozzer said:

Of course my conscience is clear Paul, why shouldn’t it be. I voted for the only logical, viable option, not for promises of fairy tales and unicorns. I have explained who I voted for, and why I voted for her. Unlike you who refuse to say how/if you voted. The only thing you have admitted is that you refused to vote against Brexit in the earlier election, choosing fairy tales and unicorns instead. That could explain some of the content in your recent posts.

    John

four million labour voters supported Brexit in the referendum and since then their party have ignored them with their political ideals that includes ignoring labours manifesto pledge of complying with the wishes of the referendum. And as such labour got a reminder with the worst election result since the 1930's

cod needs to also discredit 3 million, 990 thousand and 9 hundred and 99 other labour supporters and ask if they sleep at night as well.

Coastal community’s resurrected with brexit its ****s fantasy tell me actually how  this miracle of boris Johnson’s  is going to happen what might happen is completely the opposite.with brexit the demise of coastal communities.

Dear ohhhhhh dear, how can you say that with a hope your assumption has any credibility what so ever.

How will Brexit cause further demise of coastal communities when the e u will  no longer be  managing badly the u k fish stocks into depletion.

I have to say you can't have  a full ticket.

Sent another email to my mp today, congratulating the new conservative government and mp's who voted to get Brexit done as per the referendum and to

voice my opinion that the trade deal requires none of the e u's federal political expansionists caveats attached.

Barry burp, burp , come on get brexit done which brexit is it they are actually  talking about what exactly is going to happen in the fishing industry you haven’t a clue not a clue fantasy island .

I have told you brave yourself for the disappointment fishing 0.1% GDP dispensable the tories did it before nothing will change.

I will keep this very simple for you to read and understand, below I copy exactly what boris has stated following the vote in parliament yesterday, one line that's all,  confirming Brexit at the end of this month and exactly what he proposes. What you also fail to understand is that as a remainiac you continue to use the first sales landing figures of the commercial fishing industry. Yet fail to understand or accept that it is the whole of the u k's coastal communities affected by the e u's c f p, bar you. And that sector of u k plc were also instrumental in providing boris to get Brexit done. Remember the election? Many labour constituencies also provided boris a mandate to get Brexit done. What is so difficult for you to comprehend.

you can't wait, you really are  sick in the head, your hatred of anything tory is immaterial. As gina miller insisted on parliament is sovereign, that's one of your remainiac mates btw.

Those with sense and sensibility will be contacting their mp's to confirm the e u trade deal will be just that, no e u political caveats attached. Boris cannot afford to get it sorted any other way. And when he does sport, take note, the labour opposition will remain in opposition for ten years at least.

However moving forward unlike you, the vote in parliament tonight is overwhelming even labour mp's voted for it.

what is this junk you provide? an opinion of the e u's new megliomaniniac while spouting off at the l s e

This is what Johnson told her during their meeting:

The Prime Minister told Ursula von der Leyen in Downing Street that he would not extend negotiations under any circumstances.

And he insisted a future trading partnership with the EU must not involve any kind of alignment or European Court of Justice jurisdiction.

Mr Johnson said the UK would also insist on maintaining control of UK fishing waters and immigration rules.

……………………………... during the election campaign and the Conservative manifesto, Boris Johnson has said two things very, very clearly.

“Number one: there will be no further extension to the transition period and we will be out by the end of this year.

“Number two: even more importantly he said we’re not going to accept regulatory alignment meaning we don’t have to accept EU laws from financial services to fisheries.
