  4. Hi all again, Im off to weymouth at the end of the month hopefully and am gonna take the new frenzy and was looking for some information on where to fish and what i could catch from my lil frenzy. I dont have a fishfinder or gps just me yak and rod and paddles. i normally go from the beach where there is a lil restaurant a lil funfair and i can see the harbour on my right cant for the life of me remember the name of the place. any help on this subject would be grately appreciated. also my trip to the mouth of the hamble didnt go to well last sunday the wind was awful in my face all the way to the mouth but when i got to hamble marina they had a display of jet ski's and lil racing boats which was great to watch, also had a lil bass which was about the size of my spinner lol. but nothing else, did see two people in a canoe fishing but didnt see them catch either. gtg now hope to hear from some of you soon ty
  5. i would of taken the bass home that day but had just started the treck from hamble to botley mill and didnt have anywhere to put him so i let him go. thank you to you all for saying hello im off out now on the hamble again this time heading down river to the mouth then a bit of bass fishing so wish me luck.
  6. Hi all, my name is Daniel or danny to mates. Im new to all of this and wanted to say hello to everyone first. Im from southamtpon and have very recently brought an ocean kayak 'Frenzy', I'm only 23 and am interested in fishing (carp, river and sea) i used to do alot of carp fishing up until a year or so ago. I have just started to discover sea fishing this mixed with a kayak i think could be a very different and enjoyable experience. I am here to hopefully make some friends and gain information on sea fishing with a kayak as my sea fishing skills are very basic at the moment to say the least. I have seen alot of the topics and posts already and i am already thinking about upgrading my frenzy to a prowler 13 or 15. I have been out on the river hamble a few times and had my PB bass at 5 1/2lb on my last trip. that was in an old canoe before i brought the frenzy. i have had the frenzy out in the surf at weymouth and it was excellent great fun but not really big enough for fishing in. well i think i have said enough and hope i havent started to bore some of u already. Danny
