  1. Sound guys,

I need to start learning some new rigs as im pretty basic and easy as I don’t know how to do many and don’t want to do a good fancy rig because knowing me I will do one.. do it wrong, sit there waiting for me alarms to go flying and it comes off as my rig wasn’t right.

What rigs do you lot use most and prefer to use?? Could someone give me some links on how to do different rigs... im not after to technical ones though.

    Cheers,

  2. Fished there a few times. Expensive but worth it if you get one of the big uns out. I’ve night fished there on many off weekends and didn’t catch a thing so went back to my normal night fishing spot.

There nice lakes but imo are hard. Last time I went you had mice running past your feet.

  3. Very good question.

I have used all sorts off tents through all weathers. I have found even some cheaper tents can do just the same as a 100 quid bivvy, but it isn’t the same. Bivvys can hold very strong winds and are very warm. I think more often or not though its just the re-insurance to know if there’s bad winds and heavy storms that you haven’t got to worry about your tent.

  4. Sound guys.

Off night fishing tomorrow. First session this year so looking forward to it. One thing I want to ask is about ground bait. What other ingredients could I add To attract carp. Normally I just use:

Sensas crazy bait sweet strawberry ground bait.

Some sweet corn added to it.

    Some hemp added to it.

Then I also mash up slices off breaded and add that to it.

On videos I have see people adding stuff like eggs, flour, hot dogs all mashed up e.t.c Could I use this and have a strong possible off seeing results?? what other ingrediants could I use.

    Cheers,

    Matty.
