Thank you for this post I had thought of many of the questions but there are a few more there too mull over.

The question is simple what would you call a new fishing shop? I am looking for a bit of inspiration as I am thinking of starting up a fishing shop but can't think of a decent name that isn't town name tackle or john smiths fishing supplies etc. thanks

I am going to Sharnfold Farm near Eastbourne this weekend, has anyone fished there? I would appreciate any tips or experience anyone can give me about the lakes.

Thanks for the advice I certainly think that Paddock Wood club is worth a go, the locals all say Gedges Lakes are cracking lakes. Pity they have a closed season on all there waters.

Hello to all on this super forum, I could do with some advice as to which club I should join in my local area. I live in Paddock Wood in Kent and I am new to coarse fishing. I would like to get my 7 year old son involved as well. As far as I can find there are 4 clubs local to me : Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Cranbrook and Paddock Wood Clubs any advice or experience of their waters would be really helpful.
