hi mate..its down to how you put the line and also using a baitrunner i know this happens to me..as quoted above you can get a lead from gardener tackle called a "spin doctor" but you attach it direct to your line ..no swivel..cast out in the water 50 yrds reel in.. then re cast as far as you normally do ..that usually does the trick..

anyone got a hummingbird/garmin fishfinder that would ike to swap for a pair(why do they call them a "pair")of brand new reuben heaton scales(ones with the light in built!) i seriously dont need a set that go up to 60lb..not where i fish!
