im from leicester looking to target some specimen perch. any idea where any good venues are. i can drive so can travel reasonable distance

yeh i normally fish lizard on phase 2. only the 3rd time i have fished lake 1. and aint fished it in yrs. had a really good time though . i aint complaining if its easy. the easier the better in my opinion.

well thought id fish lake 1 at makins today seeing as it was nice and got the day off work and was hoping to catch a double figure carp. well i only fished till 1 and had 13 carp all off the surface. including 2 new pb's a 14.5lb carp then a 16.5lb carp so an amazing day. the mrs even caught her biggest carp at 9lb. a fantastic days fishing . here are the biggest.
