thanks guys,i was goin to try widnes to warrington stretches,i know there are pike there,just wondering,best ways to try and catch them ,dead bait,spinning or pluggs ect

I fished cudmore in staffordshire,with my mates it was so easy u could catch on any bait you had available,so i tried a piece of rabbit poo,straight away caught a small carp,my mates were amazed.

Hi, i live in cheshire,an have been course fishing for many years but never been piking ,i fancy trying it this winter,on the sankey to st helens canal,any tips on best methods for catching on canals,and what features are best to fish near,thanxs.
