I thought that posting to this forum would give me some helpful advice on tecniques, beats for a passion (fishing) I have been practising for years since I was a child. I am a fly fisherman, I practice catch & release for graylings, barbels, chubs, trout and other species but occasionally I eat the fish (for example some trouts out of reservoirs) and back in Italy I used to eat the few eels I cacthed at night. Do you really think is the single (or two) eels a rod fisherman take out the river that bring this species to the extinction? very naive indeed ....
I hoped I would get professional and friendly advise on this forum, in return I only got childish answers and lesson of morality. What a disappointment and how un-friendly.
this is my last post on this forum, I apologise if I offended anybody and thanks to Peter M for sticking with my very simple and genuine question.
