    Hi, Why have you not mentioned the active campaigning and lobbying by RSA reps for EU recognition? Seems to me that angling organisations in the past all but called for article 47 or similar regulation's in their various presentation's to the powers that be. If the very people who say they represent RSA have made it plain that they wish to be regulated what's all the fuss about?
