hi norm didnt know there was a north/south type devide between "sea angling" and "sea fishing".Do you think sea anglers dont know other fishing techniques or do you think, like yourself its beneath them to help others.As a so called sea angler myselth its peaple like you who put other peaple off from taking up fishing (or should that be angling !?)

hello, new so be gentle i am going longlining from the shore soon and dont know much.Can anyone tell me a few things like best bait.best size hooks,what angle to the tide to set the lines,what to use to stake them down and with what.Been sea fishing for years but never longlining from the beach so any help . thanks
