Hi Everyone havnt been fishing since i was about 15 when i was really into it. decided to go again with my friend who hasnt been in a long while either, we both really enjoyed it and decided to get back into it full time. i have all new equipment on order now and am looking for some good fishing spots, im from stoke on trent / newcastle under lyme, and currently fish cudmore fisharies which charge between £8 - £10 a day for fishing, which is in anyones eyes, "not cheap" . so im looking for a club (clubs) to join so we can have a change of scenary (and wallet damage). looking on the net for places there our hundreds, but its not always as the picture seams as i have fished some around my area which sound nice, then you get there and its backing a rough area with alot of teenagers circling the lake on motor bikes and quads. so what im looking for is some quiet lakes, pref out in the countryside, and i bet alot of fishermen share my views, is there anyone from my area (staffordshire) who can recommend some venues to me? thanks everyone Rich.
