  1. Thanks mate. I'll look into that. But I am currently live in Sheffield. For a short 2 days break I would prefer the nearest one.
  2. Hi, Due to the nice weather, I'm planning to go camping whilst fishing let say for 2 days and 1 night + bbq at night. Could anyone suggest a good spot? I've tried to look at several campsite but most of them wont allow open fire. I dont mind to do wild camping. Thanks in advance. Akoo
  3. i wonder how it feels reeling while sitting. Is it comfortable?
  4. Anderoo, you are quite knowledgeable in the design process and u said what exactly how i would like to design it. It is not as complicated as it seem and whether its expensive or not its up to marketing guy. The 1st problem u mentioned is what bothering me. Would people buy 1 super-simple yet super-lightweight chair and have the power to choose what kind of accessories to add up to suit their kind of fishing. With everything on the chair would be heavy however very comfy. with the right accessories you are able to change the chair into a bed. based on what AddictedToScopex wrote, you might aim for the super-simple with only strap being the only accessory. This is why i need everyone for. Would everyone prefer the freedom to choose?
  5. Isn't that would look like an office chair?
  6. Hi guys, I am an engineering student in Sheffield and doing a project to design a fishing chair/bed which could fulfill everyone's needs. I wish to design a dynamic system for the chair which can adapt to the fishing situation e.g. the fishing location. It would be helpful if you guys can pop up your feedback about the chair you used to have or currently use right now particularly about what you dont like about your chair. Would you prefer to use a chair or bed or maybe both (chair that comes with additional component and could be changed to bed)? I'll appreciate it if you guys could help me. Thanks a lot. Faiz
  7. Im currently in Sheffield. I dont have car (i rent it sometimes if needed). I have never fish before. what do you mean by seafishing? does fishing at seaside considered as seafishing? thanks, Faiz
  8. Hi everyone. I am a student here in uk and so interested in fishing. however i really dont know how to start. I heard this and that here and there especially about the fishing and rod licence. Can somebody please explain about those. what kind of rod should i use (of course affordable for student) and where and when could i go fish? what kind of gear should i have? i have this friend of mine who went fishing somewhere in wales and got back with his tent broken. he said its because of the strong wind. and im thinking of doing project on designing fishing chair. is ok for me to ask things for the project because i see the experience of all the members in here would be helpful. thank you. faiz
