I can't help think that most rivers have had their best but certainly here in the South east that is for sure.
I chatted in the local tackle shop and i have been given some good pointers but there are plenty of waters to look into and i think i am going to have a good fishy time here in E.Sussex

Yes, that was a bad analogy I used I confess however I just feel that the arguments for having guns just does not wash any more
It used to be the odd citizen who just did not like Mondays but it's more and more now and it has to stop before more innocent people get killed

It is a sad day in France today as another loony murders innocent people. And there are so many children who have had their lives cut short.
It is not an unusual attack in the middle east to use a vehicle but in Europe it is but my question is where did the weapons come from and why were they not aware of their movements

Its a taboo subject lets face it but this week on BBC1 they have had a mental illness week.
I had a stretch of PTSD and I can only describe it as pure 'HELL' and was quite prepared on many occasions to end it all. It was so horrific that I couldn't take it and if it not for my wife I would not be here now. Some people say it 'selfish' to take your own life but I can tell you that when you are in this state of mind you are not thinking rationally as you are in another world completely
I volunteered for many years for MIND 10 years back and back then the increase of mental illness was staggering and now I dread to think
Something has to be done about the huge increase of youngsters falling prey to this scourge and like many have said 1 billion is not enough.
Fair play to Stephen Fry and some other celebrities who are helping to bring this more into the limelight

I have to say that never have I been so undecided in a vote and that includes general elections. To be honest, I am not sure I really care that much but I do for my children and grandchildren.
I still really am trying to get my head round what this prima donna Cameron ( anyone ever noticed how much he plays to the cameras everytime he is on TV whether he starts suddenly talking to somebody or shakes their hand etc ) has secured.
I am probably not going to know until just before the election when i will show more interest
One thing I do know from my personal experiences in life is if the so called 'Jungle' town with now shops and hairdressers etc is not sorted out very soon this will become like a 'Gazza strip' Isreali style right in the heart of Europe and that will be a complete disaster for everyone

I am certainly no fan of this govt but I can't see why these doctors are moaning about?
All public emergency services work weekends so why do they feel exempt?
I can tell you why some are and that is it screws up their private sector operations which they do on the side of the NHS
I know they work hard but i have no sympathy for them over this one

Big 49ers fan here so I have kept quite for a while.
A good defense will always snuff out a mobile QB especially if they have great edge rushers and Denver had the best. All happy and smiles when things go right cam but toys and prams spring to mind when they don't

Has anyone noticed the huge increase of fireworks going off this year. I noticed that two big supermarkets have been selling them and i think this has contributed.
My dogs are petrified of them and now run to the toilet and hide and now refuse to go out for a toilet break in the dark.
Its been relentless from a week before halloween ( 25/10/) to even last night on the 15/11. I am quite a traditionalist and so have no problem for the week of Guy fawkes but its gone far beyond this.
It still amazes me that if you play for example your music loud for one night and upset one person they can be arrested but let off massive bangs and upset hundreds of people night after night nothing is done. My neighbour has a baby of 6 months and for a month the baby sleep pattern has been turned upside down.
People without young children and pets probably dont care and it shows sadly its the times we live in

Had to laugh at Button and Alonso standing on the top step of the podium larking around and Alonso sun bathing in his chair on the side of the track when his Honda failed yet again.
I can't figure out why Honda are just so far off after a whole season infact the car is as bad as the first race or very close too. Or perhaps all the money is pouring into the new car of 2017 which on a level playing field to start with they will have got a head start...
Its become a bit of a damp squib now LH has won it ...
