And Alonso is saying (again) that he could leave F1 and go elsewhere in motor-racing.
Go to Nascar, they'll know what to do with some jumped-up trouble-making little arse who stays in the pits an extra 20 seconds just to deny his teammate the chance of beating his qualifying time, and then demands to be named number 1 driver despite being behind his teammate in points and being in a team that has no number 1 or 2 driver....

I will stick my neck out and say that if he wins this year he is the best F1 british driver we have seen and watching performances like that reminds me of many a Senna fight back in days of old.
It just shows you how delicate the championship is a just 1 DNF could decide it. If Rosberg has one then he is in deep trouble if Hamilton does he can afford to now
I wonder whether Rosberg will stay there if Hamilton beats him again. Money wise he should but these drivers are a big ego lot and i cant see it!

I used to use it quite a bit but not now that i have made a friend in a police detective who is high up in cyber fraud and crime. I cant and never really could understand mothers putting pictures up of their kids and then babbling on eventually where she is taking them for the day or eventually saying what school they are at in lose conversation and do not think you are only talking to friends as you are not regardless of what settings you are on. Well that GP was a odd one to say the least!!
What is up with the Mercedes starts as there is a real issue there for them as its definately the car not the drivers.
You could say hamilton got lucky but then Rosberg got lucky but in the end both got unlucky

I have some time in Newhaven and fancy having a go at the Ouse concentrating on the few miles leading into Newhaven. I have often passed it thinking 'One day'?.
Anyone fished in this area?

Great to see and it is a great spectacle Steve does with these auctions for charity and so your money went to a great cause and you caught some great looking fish that's rewarding in anyone's book

CDAS have a stretch of the Mole at Betchworth which hardly has anyone fishing. I fished it for a number of years until i moved away last year and mostly had the place to myself. Its full of small roach and dace which are easy to catch and big perch, chub, bream and pike although you have to work at catching the bigger specimens

Well here is my two pennies worth.
How much have europe bailed out Germany in a crises because we are talking money off an incredible scale
I love German people i really do and know a few of them but in general as a nation it has to be held in check by the rest of europe as its like a caged animal who wants to get out and dominate us all in whatever climate it can take advantage of.
I hate this government with a passion as it slaughters its own working class people even more so i think than Thatcher and that is a bold comment but they are right to tell Germany that you are not having it all your own way and if you think you are then see you around as we have survived on our own unlike you who can't because you can't control your own politics and people as two wars have proved that..

Hamilton is ahead because he has more poles and that's not to say he is not a better driver than Rosberg as he is but whoever leads that first lap has the race to lose whether it be driver error or mechanical. Nowbody will upset Mercedes boat this season unless they shoot themselves in the foot.
I am starting to question some of Williams descisions as its happening more frequently and i wonder whether Miss Williams is up to the job?

Wasn't that British race great ?. I thought just for a moment Williams might bring it to Mercedes but it was not to be. Big changes around the corner though

Do we really care about human life? Yes we dont use our soldiers as bombs but we have no qualms taking out a family to get at one suspected terrorist ,in their eyes we are high tech terrorists killing THEIR families.
They know they will win and everyone we kill is a martyr and used to promote their cause ,showing they can hurt us gives them more power.
Theres a small difference moslems tend to kill moslems (its not just the west vs the rest) in the case of the IRA it was car more dangerous ,once they kill enough we will shake tbeir hands like we do with the ira scum ,kill more foreigners and you just keep it going
Now the ira didnt have the www to help modern terrorists do ,everything we do is used to show we are the bad guy ,so dont do it leave the buggers alone to kill each other and use our guile to catch the ones we raise
In the main if we didnt interfere in the affairs of foreigners they ignore us getting rid of saddam started this mess off we reap what we sow you only have to see the origins of the terror groups to see how we started them off

So why did we not go into syria as that really would have been a human act but there were no economical reasons to do so...Money talks in all aspects of life

Yes i have read all this time again but the point is do you want this guy to be a PM. I have known men with qualifications like this especially as officers in the army and just because they had all this some really were complete idiots. Do you want a PM to represent our country around the world who has a history of telling cab drivers to feck off in public....I thought it amusing but a PM i think not

In the last few weeks I have caught plenty of perch and zander on lures from canals, good perch on legered and float fished lobs from a local club lake, rudd, perch, roach and a decent bream from a local gravel pit on maggot feeder, several good crucians from a club lake on little method feeders and on the float, plenty of carp to nearly 20lb on floaters from a club lake, lots of trout from a reservoir on little nymphs and dries, a few good tench from a gravel pit, and probably other things I can't remember right now. I haven't even ventured out on the rivers yet but there so much good stuff in store there too!
So I don't agree that the fishing in the SE is dead - sounds more like someone has taken a blank rather too badly

I think the tories got in by a majority not because of millibands policies but his boyish looks which did not stand as appropriate for a mans job..
We have become more like America where the image is more inportant than the policy as you only have to look at blair and cameron and compare with Foot and Heath in the past where image really was not important at all..
i think the Labour party have realised this as personally i think the others especially Burnham looks like another school boy and one of the women looks like a primary school teacher.
The one thing above all and way above unions and his achillies heel is getting rid of Trident as no party will get into power with that one
