I have had some success with Cat fish this summer in the UK but there is very little reported on these fish during the winter. I know that most fishing becomes harder as the weather gets cold and temperatures fall,but am i waisting valuable fishing time targeting these fish in the colder months. Does any one have anything to report on this subject I would like to know your views. Cheers Cat Fish

We really ought to let these people know about the good things that anglers do for the country side, like informing the authorities about pollution and injured bird life etc. Another thing is that if anglers did not spend thier money on fishing as a hobby do you think that these waters would remain in such well looked after condition I think not. Call me cynical, but the above letter doesn't ring true. :confused: I mean, she comes from west London and will be going back to (Cambridge I presume) to gather more troops. Hhmmmm, sounds like she's from some sort of organisation or something, not just some 'member of the public'!! On another note, let's stop 'beating our chests' on forums like these. Things like, "if he did this, then I'd do that" puts us in a bad light. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS THREAD IN A CONSTRUCTIVE MANNER OR IT WILL BE CLOSED
