    I have also tried the Warrior in 12lb - again didn't like it. I recently got some Soft Steel in 10lb as it was a clearance item in Walton Tackle Exchange and I prefer it over the ESP mono I had on my Baitrunners previously. Very strong stuff.

    I have a set of Fox microns and they are pretty sensitive. More than enough for a perch bite. A leaf blowing into the line can sometimes be enough to make them give a bleep.
