Could anyone please help me, is there a huge fishing show. For example like when they have big shows in the NEC in Birmingham? And if so do you know when they are and where?

Afternoon well evening really! Just got back into fishing, wanted to far a while but with hectic Army life I couldn't. But now with me leaving I got all the time yeeeaaahhhh! Been to Fleet pond, Hampshire a few time and caught every time, it's been great fun. Gonna join Heartly Witney Fishing Club. All seem like a great bunch on there Facebook page! Off fishing tomorrow at The Great Bottom Flash near Ash Vale train station, looking forward to it but hear very mixed thoughts. Gonna use waggler on a float rod then use a lure on another! And one got any tips for the flash there? Kind regards!

Apologies if this is my second post of the same situation but I can't find my last post so think it didn't work. I'm trying the find the Great Bottom Flash, near Ash Vale train station on the Basingstoke canal. I know where Ash Vale train station but not a clue where to fish or where the flash is. Is it over the bridge or down the slope towards the canal on the station side? Need to know as I'm goin early doors tomorrow before the sun comes up! Many thanks all!!

Afternoon all, I'm totally new here, and just about learning the ropes as I haven't fishing in years due to army life. I have fished at Fleet lake abit lately and have really enjoyed it, got my first good size Bream there!! Tomorrow morning just as the sun rises I'm going fishing at the great Flash near Ash Vale train station on the Basingstoke canal. But I know how to get to Ash Vale train station but how on earth do you get to the great bottom flash? I have seen the bridge that crosses the canal, and the slope that goes down to the canal that doesn't invole crossing the bridge! All directions would be amazing as I'm leaving to get there just as the sun is coming up and don't wanna got lost in the dark there! Many thank and kind regards!
