  1. Why not post the results on the web? When I suggested on the RSSG site writing to the members by post to inform them of the AGM I was informed it was not necessary. So notification was made via the web. Although the details held by the RSSG must show not all members have access to the web. Maybe one reason only 3 members turned up! As everyone seemed keen enough to air their views about the RSSG on the forums before, why make this any different? Regards Neil
  2. Chris, Thanks for taking the time to reply to my post. I look forward to reading your statment. I would like to apologise that I am unable to offer any help with any RSSG business but my family life is very hectic as anyone with a disabled child will tell you. As for buying you a drink.. Let's hope I am able to at the AGM. Again my congratulations in your new possition. Regards Neil Burrows
  3. Chris, Congratulations on your position on the committee of the RSSG. I have waited until now as I assumed you would make a post to introduce yourself to us. I have checked all the forums including the RSSG members forum and note you have not done so. As an individual member of the RSSG I am interested to find out about our new General Secretary Please give us some information; What other groups do you belong to if any, i.e. SAA, BS, BCC ? Why do you think you are the right person to keep the RSSG going? Who are these mysterious people who came to you offering their help and made you decide to take on this post? You know what I am asking, we have all seen the speeches the politicians give before an election well that’s the sort of thing I was expecting. Myself and a few friends who are RSSG members have never heard of you (Sorry) we were just wondering who you are. After two weeks as Gen Secretary are you still of the opinion that the RSSG is a viable group. Have you had the response from people you were expecting? I remember at the begining of the RSSG lots of people said they would join and not all came forward. Neil Burrows (Glad to still be a member of the RSSG)
  4. Does anyone have any news on yesterday's meeting? Due to family commitments I was unable to attend. I thought there would be a post on one of the forums but have seen nothing. Let's hope No News Is Good News . Neil
