    Cheers Alan, it did vey well in the last census that came out (2002 I think)- second best salmon river in England and best sea trout river in England (I think it was that way round...), but I am not sure about the brownies that far down.... anybody know? Cheers fellas! Pete

    Hi guys, just wondering if anyone knows how the Lune is fishing these days? I am thinking of taking up fly fishing and i live within walking distance of the Lancaster/Halton stretches. I have been a coarse fisherman for 21 years and fancy trying my hand and the "other code"
