Where has this member been in the intervening years and more to the point why and has he been brought back, for a reason?, if so I feel we should all know.

So no information there then, I feel we should know who this prolific poster is and without any credentials in the profiles we are just guessing, but, my guess is Elton's LOVE CHILD
and the three year gap was imprisonment for petty theft of fly fishing equipment, metal detector paraphernalia and bits for fast car,s, EVO and out.WHAT SAY YOU

AA/AAA batteries have there pros's and con's the first being that there charge is not as long as Li-ion, however there is many up sides. First if you run out in the field the nearest corner shop sell then, the other for me and most important is that the progression from rechargeable is hybrio same as the rechargeable battery except that after charge they will keep up to 80% of the charge for up to a year, so you can always be confident that the replacement you carry will function when placed in the camera.
I shot digital and film Nikon camera's and were possible buy the add-on battery grip for the AA batteries.
So my vote is YES.

ayjay, your close up/macro shot have always been superb and these are no exception, wonderful to look at and I am glad the "photo of the day" has been resurrected.

I believe what Emma two was referring to, was, if you were not sure if fishing on tidal stretches was allowed or not why did you challenge him and if this was the case it would have been more appropriate to have called the EA emergency number first to check or report the incident. Safer as well.

Hi Newt,
You do find some interesting spots to fish.
You may also find some Sunfish and Spotted Bass as well as the occasional Sturgeon at the right time of season. I do not know enough about lure fishing to offer any advice, but I would target the area where the creek enters the Rivers there may be some predators lying in wait for easy pickings.

First of all a big thank you to Steve and all the team for a great day again at Wingham and the fishery looked in fantastic condition reflecting all the hard work that had been put in.
This year I was unsuccessful, but that did not take away from the joy of being at Wingham to just soak up the atmosphere.
I would like to mention some notable catches and congratulate Elton, that is a wonderful looking Carp, Andrew on his PB Carp, Dales on that great haul of eels and targeted for as well and Rusty on that very large PB Tench, well done to you all.

Hi Newt,
Not knowing what you could encounter, I would try two approaches. First on both heavy braid you may have to cut through the lilly stems if you do hook a big one, floating bread or dog biscuit type bait, you can use a controller float for casting distance. The second try a floating frog lure that you can just gently skip across the top of the pads and see if there are any type of munching devils in there.

You must be delight the way your fishery has stated this year, if the conditions stay positive over the coming six months you could be in for the best ever Wingham season, congratulation to you and the very happy catcher.

Download CCleaner it,s free and then click registry and scan for issues, then click fix selected issues, this may solve the problem.
The software also has an excellent cleaner for cookies etc.

Many thanks to Rusty on organising such a wonderful day, I caught Grayling for the first time, had a total of five, nothing very big, but never the less a great day with action all the time. I lost a couple of real biggies, which I guess were Chub, spent the day at the top end of the fishery and had a great time.

Just a question for those that have been before. As you approach the fishery with the entrance on your left do you enter the mill itself or drive in over the smaller entrance to the left?

If I was on the lookout for a match rod I'd snatch off your hand, that sounds like a great deal to me. The only thing i could suggest is to put it on ebay, you'll deffo sell it on there.
Yes that may be the answer, but with all the fee,s and paypal charges, I would have to be looking for over £200+, if I could sell via my forums then it is a better deal for someone.

You cannot go wrong with Uniross and have a look here first, if you want to buy Fuji the refurbished and guaranteed camera,s are the best value I know.
