  1. It just beggars belief how a human being can do this to anyone never mind a little child, when I looked at my 9 month old granddaughter this evening and how ill she's been, I felt helpless. :(

But I'd feel very helpful if they sent this slimey basstiddd piece of excrement to my house for a day.

  2. I once had a date with Twiggy, we met on a train, she looked into my eyes as I peered above a magazine I was reading. She smiled, I smiled back, we chatted for two hours, she invited me back to her place, we drank red wine and soon our lips met.

We caressed each other as she led me to her bedroom, I unfastened the back of her silk red and beige short skirt and then I heard my missus shout.....

"will yer stop draggin the sheet off me and get yerself up, yer gonna be late fer work!"

    :(:(

  3. It's a fantastic site this, you wont get much better, a font of knowledge, amazing posts, but..... :headhurt: never seen so much moaning on the internet as here about locked threads, guys jumping on other users backs, taking over of threads :( we're all adults arnt we?

The way I see it is, some of you have been too mollycoddled since birth. :P

  4. A chilly winters dawn. Parking the car in the mud, bounching about on one foot to get that elusive boot on, before crashing about in the dark on crisp grass to the chosen swim. Fingers white and stiff from the chill as you stare though the fog of your breath in the torch light trying to tie that size 14. :)

    HEAVEN!!! simply heaven!! :(

  5. Alan Stubbs

Late on in the day, I have reached the conclusion that politics is the pursuit of ambition ahead of achievment for the common good.

And I thought you were knowledgeably well ahead of us all in the political psychological theories.

    :D

Oh that basis AND added to the fact Kennedy has done alright so far whilst having this problem and I reckon some of the knockers here are being more than just a little unfair.

I'm beinning to like you Phil , if its just for your defending qualities.

  7. Mr Kennedy strikes me as a very able and likeable bloke, even though I don't often agree with him.

His is however aiming to be prime minister of this country and whilst I've no issue with a prospective PM or anyone else having a few drinks, the prospect of them being regularly to drunk to make effective decisions in a crisis is worrying.

As long as there is any indication that he has a current "drink problem", there is simply no way that he should be in charge of a party or the country - he has to go.

As for getting his friends to go on TV and describe alcoholism as "a medical condition", I'm sorry, there's only so much PC BS that I can deal with in one day and that dragged my opinion of Kennedy and his party down several notches.

I agree with all you say Ken. ;) who wants a man with a "medical condition"?:lol: , running the country.

("ahhh, think I'll bomb those scousers up today, tomorrow, the world"

I feel for you. I dont have my tackle in the shed, thank God!!!! some slimey rat(s) knocked the padlock off our shed a couple of weeks ago and did not take anything, they must have been looking for small stuff the likes of power tools etc.

The bloke next door called and informed us a load of sheds had been done in, I was out the front door and around the back areas looking for the rat(s) with a weapon, if I had caught someone climbing from the derelict houses (soon to be demolished) I would have been in nick now, awaiting my trial.

The way I see it, no rat on this earth is gonna take away what I have worked hard for, ever, I make no apologies for my post, I keep saying, there are too many do-gooders in this world, we need a deterrent. One slime ball exposed himself to my daughter (at the time, 8 yrs of age) in the seventies, I found him, he paid the price. If you know who they are, dont let them get away with it, they will do it again.
