Not having tomato problems but my peppers won't set on. I know it must be the heat. Certainly couldn't be anything I am doing as I am not doing anything.
I have this "spot" where cherry and grape tomatos become a jungle. After supplying the neighborhood I'll still throw away a couple bushel. I just can't grow a pepper, any pepper, this year.(?) They usually do just fine.

Personally, I have yet to meet an Aussie I have not 'taken to' or got on with.
Perhaps just another stupid attempt at the mindless newspapers to stir up negative attitude from our friends, perhaps our own Newspapers attempt to stir up attitude towards our friends, personally I do not buy newspapers, exepting our own local paper.
Perhaps if this article went viral, and everybody could see through it for the **** it contains, and the majority of the populace stopped buying their trash they would shut down and go out of business, and let's face it, the vast majority of people who buy it can get a picture of boobs somewhere else.
I know what you mean and to a degree support what you are saying, exept these type of headlines appeal to a certain element within all sociaties,including ours the Daily wail springs to mind, these banners are rarely followed up so the fact that we at the moment are third on the table goes by the by, also the fact that they feel Kazackstan are backward speaks volumes they have a fantastic sporting heratige. I personally have met quite a few Aussies that I havent clicked with I worked with one for four year's I think the feeling was Mutual though, but I have known more good than bad ones, which sorts of sums up my whole lifes phylosophy about folk in general.

I would try to pick up a second hand rod you will get more for your money, Loop do a relitivley cheap cartridge type reel
that are good I would go for a double taper line just to aid presentation, most of the course fish I catch are by accident but nealy always on a double taper and a dry fly Chub mainly, I dont know how expearianced you are a double taper isnt as easy as a wieght forward to get a decent line out but wont hit the wateras hard if you get things a bit wrong.

This is an interesting thread, I hold a shot gun certificate that was reasonably easy to obtain all I had to prove is I had somewhere to use it, My suiterbility to hold the certificate was determined by a police superintendent based his access to my records and on the say so of two refferies and my doctors word that I wasnt twitchy, wether or not I would become twitchy some time within the five years my certificate is valid for could not reasonably be assesed by any one including me, so the decision to grant me a licence is based on what amounts to a risk assesment.
I had a conversation once at work with a group of work mates about the security measures they used at home I was amazed how many of them kept hammers, large blades,and all manner of bats and wrecking bars under their bed, all I had was my slippers a book and a packet of condoms. maybe before granting a fire arms licence a copper should look under an applicants bed after an un anounced visit It would speak volumes about a persons state of mind.
Home protection should only involve good locks a loyal dog and the telephone.

If you followed the feed instructions I doubt if there is any harm done, you can over water plants to a piont its worse than underwatering, let things settle for a day or so before the panic sets in.

What is the correct procedure when a hefty animal decides to gasp its last on your property? My wife rang the vet, and to our amazement he came round free of charge, injected said animal with a killer concoction, put it in a plastic bag and took it away.
Sorry to see the poor animal breathe its last, but confidence in vets somewhat restored!
My Local,
vet holds a slush fund for these type of events, three legged hedgehogs and foxes that have freed them selves from snares,
he isnt fantasic with poeple a bit dour and hard to engage with in fact, but he comes alive when treating sick animals I think thier are a lot of vets in the world who look on there proffession as a vocation and not just a money spinner.
To be honist I have never lost my faith in vets but that's more likely down to good luck

Hello mate I have no expeariance of fishing your neck of the woods so I cant offer a recomendation for a Skipper, But
Barry's ( hello mate) right! plough through some of the posts on AN to get good advice on skippers, I found the Skipper I prefer on here, and as Barry said inshore fishing does not allways mean a bad skipper,and for what its worth on a poor day niether does a bad catch,!!

Don't care about that, kind of goes with the territory - did care about having to change my mail client to one that plays nice with iTunes sync - Macintosh forced me to install Microsoft Outlook!
(By the way, I can buy apps directly from my phone - click the App Store logo on your iPhone and you should be able to buy apps that way. They won't be backed up to your PC without iTunes, though)
They will be when you sync the phone mate, you will aslo get your updates as well!

I think Skankey Moss lost her role model status years ago with her Coke Usage, and her chioce in Men and life style in general, I may be wrong but the moto she used is one assosiated with a forum who promotes anorexia as a life style chioce. If that is the case no one will be hurt other than people who were thinking that way in the first place and I would have thought that these people where already on the way to mental health issues without Moss's help.
