We always go out on the Clansman. It is actually a prawn trawler but its not too bad to fish on. The guys who own the boat are good blokes and know the marks very well, but for some reason it has gone very quiet just now.

I would be willing to go but can't make first 3 weeks in August

Fished out of Eyemouth today 14 Codling between 10 angers for 6 hours. Pretty poor day and no Mackerel about.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Norrie to answer you question, we only meet a couple of times in the season using the Zeneca club (former ici). Most of the work to arrange outings is done over the telephone but we all know the outings in advance. We go out every fortnight during the months of April to October, using private cars to get us to the venues. I also go out sometime with lads form the work, but as I said earlier, it would be nice to get. to some other venues. When is snatchers week and what type of venue is it? ie. boat or shore. Can someone give me details?

Hi I have just registered today with the site (didn't know about it until now) I have been sea angling for lots of years and currently a member of the BP Sea Angling Club in Grangemouth Central Scotland. However, I am always looking for extra trips as we mainly go out of Arbroath and Eyemouth and I want to try other places that I have not been to for a while.
