  1. i was wondering i'm going to be fishing lake near me early morning session for some tench i hope i get a haul but i was wondering i'm fishin voer depth with worm, maggot,caster and sweetcorn and was wondering? how much over depth should i fish when ihave found the exact depth and should i put alead shot on th line that will be laid on the bottom or leave it free thanks and the lakes aobut6 ft deep where i'm fishing

  4. i am a 14 year old angler and my mum and dad have decided to get me to bike to the lakes that i want to fish this means i have to get all my tackle on a BIKE I was just wondering if someone has already done this and how did they manage it ?

  6. i i said in an earlier topic i want to fish for tench but wasn't sure what bait to use and have heard worms sweetcorn maggots and caster are good i know how to hook maggots and casters but how shall i the sweetcorn straight on the hook or hir rig it and how the hell do i stop the worm coming of the hook I will be fishing on the bottom using a straight float and using bulked bbs to get it down to the tench quick i will be fishing early in the morning around 4 till 10 and right on the edge of some lily pads thanks any info will be greatly appreciated

  8. i have just disocvered this new lake that has bream tench roach and plent yof small carp in it but its massive for me at 2.3 when im used to fishing small ponds i need help iwas thinking of targeting the small carp with boilies or pelletes popped of the bottome but where should i present the bait and i was also thinnking of feeder fishing with ground bait of the tench roach and bream but how shall ig o about doing this in a massive lake as well help

  11. try day ticket section on the river wharfe as it runs through boston spa me and my friend fished on there one evening and i caughtwo fish of 8lb and 8lb 6oz and a guy four pegs down caguht 8 barbel all over 7lb its great stretch
  12. great fish my peersonal best roach is 2lb 4oz but that a great fish well done try caster over hemp or hemp over caster works wonders on canals

Hiya everyone my names danny taylor and i'm fourteen and have been fishing for 3 years and have decided to go for the bigger fish this year but i'm having some problems firstly i fish a small lake which is stocked with lots of tench averaging around 4lb and some good one to 6 but and i'm planning on fishing for them with open end feeder and ground bait but i was wondering what bait should i use on the hook what size hook should i use and should i hair rig it and also what are some good ground baits for tench
  14. try church fenton i'm not sure entirely of what the lake is called but its got great disabled access on most of the lakes
