Fishing GowerCarmarthen Bay area, any ideas?

Because i've been roped in to seeing the mother in law (end of May), and thought i'd take the opportunity in making a fishing trip out of it

 

So any ideas on fishing Worms Head area or any other SW Wales areas? I'm open to suggestion and will travel light i.e. spinning rodfly rod, lures etc. I want to target Bass, Pollack etc from the shore. Any one willing to give me a heads up on where to go?
