Anybody got one of these rods or any views on them, good or bad?

Hi Jim, I saw them on the Mustad stand at Go Fishing at the NEC, the rep said he'd send me some to review but they haven't arrived, they looked OK but that's not the same as fishing with them. Maybe he'll read this and it will jog his memory.

Got one!

Not got the hang of getting the best out of it yet, though.

It fairly rips the line off the reel!

Perhaps with a smaller reel spool, it might be easier to get all the compression it needs.
