Nearly an interesting find..

Last week I was fishing my local small river, when I noticed a carrier bag full with what I assumed was 'rubbish' on the opposite bank. I was suprised to see the litter as the area is very quiet and there is rarely litter to be seen anywhere..

The area described is exactly where I was fishing.

 

I wondered what I would have done had I have found it, then I wondered whether or not it would harm the fish had the chemicals fell into the river, or whether it would just get them high!
