daiwa emblem s 5500

Hi All, I've just got a daiwa emblem s 5500 can any one tell me if it's worth getting the bite n run connvertor???? :confused:

I've got 2 of them and i just set the drag as low as possible, then when you hook a fish you just have to hold the spool and tighten the drag. However this does lead to the problem of not setting the drag right, its a matter of opinion realy
