leader knot

i really need help tying a leader knot after ten tries ive give up for tonight :mad: .anyone got any tips or a very simple one.like myself

Hi Dean, when you say leader are you refering to shockleader or leadcore-leader and what materials (mono, braid, etc) and poundage are you using?

hello mate,

my mainline is 12lb big game the leader is korda 20lb.ive cracked off a few times while spodding without leader.ive tried the knot which involves making ten turns up the line then 4 turns down the line.i couldnt get the hang of this knot.thanks for any help in advance

Hi all, for mono to mono with differing thicknesses I use the Albright Knot.
