My winch is £385 new.

But as I got it as a freeby I'm trying to do it the cheapy way.

I have been quoted £108+VAT for a new one but as I'm trying to do it cheap a second hand one will be the way to got if I can.

I'm going to try a motor rewind firm in Leicester if I can find the number and hopefully get the thing rewound as a last resort.
