Anyone from Leeds?

My 'baby' well he's a 6'4" baby now may be moving to Leeds. He has been offered the chance of promotion to go up there to the new shop.

 

If he does go, which I feel he will, I need a 'local' just to advise on/if there are any areas he does not want to live in!!

 

Even down here in sunny Surrey there are area/estates you don't want to live.

 

Any advice would be welcome.

Definately don't let him live in Chapeltown or the chances are he won't be for much longer!

I'm a local, been in Leeds over 5 years.

 

I've lived in and would recommend Headingley and Hyde park. It's the 'youngest' part of leeds, rammed with students and plenty to do, buzzing. Most of North leeds is nice. Best avoid Chapeltown and and Harehills.
