Discovering new food and tastes

You also forgot to add the Tahini,(sesame seed paste), one table spoon should be sufficient.

This gives the Houmous its flavour and stops it tasting like pease pudding.

You can buy Tahini in the dele section of most supermarkets or in most specialist Middle East or Mediterranean Food stores.

A couple of teaspoons of sesame oil would give a similar but not authentic flavour.

After a certain age, if you don't wake up aching in every joint, you are probably dead.

I really wish you would not discuss such tasty subjects. Some of us Fat buggers are still on the post Christmas Diet and you are placing serious temptation into my brain.

Now if you could invent really tasty food with absolutely no calories, fat, cholestorol or any of the zillion and one thigs that doctors and scientists tell us are bad for us, you would not only become rich beyond the dreams of avarice but you would also be nighted, beatified and proclaimed as a living God.

Sorry. Got a little carried away there. Probably halucinating due to lack of food. lol
