All in a days fishing

Just in from one crap day fishing.

Sat there all day tried all sorts of bait and rigs and caught one small (2lb) mirror.

Yet the same venue, stillwater, one evening in the week same tactics same weather and I hammered them. If only we knew what switched them on and off, but I guess thats fishin.

Join the club Chris, I had the same thing yesterday.

Threw just about evrything I had out there to no avail. Could se the buggers but they were not ina feeding mood, all I could get was loads of 1lbers.

Did you 'move'. Rigs mean nothing most of the time.. bait..Carp will eat most things, except Boilies on hard fished waters.

Location everything.
