how do i make the best with supermarket ingreidients and how do i mix it

One way is to buy a sliced loaf and tear off the

crusts.Next,tear the slices into small pieces and

wrap it in a cloth.Soak the cloth in water and

wring it out.Open the cloth and hey presto!

I am sure others have their own methods too.

Inside every old person is a young one wondering what the hell happened!
