Hi All

 

I have a small request. I normally can be found on the carp forum, however the Boy wants to do a bit of mackeral fishing this year and I was wondering if any one could tell me of any good spots around the Bournemouth & Poole, area that is good for Mackeral. I know its a bit early yet as i used to fish for them when i lived in Devon. Any help would be great.

During the summer, in and out of weymouth harbour lots, we see loads of guys and girls lined up on the harbour outer wall, pulling up stings of them. The added advantage is that you can also mooch around the harbour looking at and having a fish for the many thousands of mullet swimming in around the boats. The good thing also is that it's all free and unrestricted.

 

In addition if you wish to be a bit more adventurous there is portland isle locally, off the rocks, be very careful, you can even pick up wrass, bass if your lucky and also more makerel. Here's a link.

So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..
