I don't know for sure, but I imagine that people like Terry Moseley have to work hard a lot of the time just to ensure a basic level of standard of facility for disabled anglers in the UK.

In other countries, where the power of the pound from the disabled community is obviously held in higher regard and populations are greater, they have made strides forward.
