The way forward must be for clubs to put more effort into starting and maintaining a good junior section, with help from all sections of the club, when my son was a junior very few of the members took an intrest, in them and the match team could have been such a help to these young anglers.

By helping the juniors you might find you enjoy fishing and the club a lot more.

And for all those who already do this thanks you are not only helping the juniors and the club but also the whole of society, by taking the youngsters away from bad and negative peers
